Our user rating system is designed to show how someone has been rated by other registered users in areas where they have participated.  You can view a  user's overall rating or see how a user has performed in a particular role. Each role may contain different rating categories that help to tailor the experience. Because not all users participate in every role it is not uncommon for someone not to be rated in certain roles.
