OF TERMS
Users should read and
become familiar with the rules set forth in this document. By
Accessing, Browsing or Posting in the Zibbiz forum or any of the affiliate or
satellite forums, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
be bound to the rules and regulations and will comply with all applicable laws,
rules and regulations . If you do not agree to all rules, you may not post
to this forum.
Zibbiz makes every
effort to maintain the community forum as a reliable resource for consumers and
merchants. This document explains the rules and regulations that help us
accomplish this goal. This forum is new and it will be constantly evolving, if
you feel that we must address a specific topic, rule or regulation, we are open
to your suggestions. Please take the time to become familiar with the rules and
regulations. We rely on you to help us keep this community with a relaxed and
welcoming atmosphere.
- MODIFICATIONS
OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
Zibbiz, Inc. reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Forum Rules and
Regulations at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change we will
notify you by posting an announcement on this site. What constitutes a "material
change" will be determined at the discretion of Zibbiz, Inc, in good faith
and using common sense and reasonable judgment. You shall be responsible for
reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.
- GENERAL
FORUM RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Forum is intended
for specific topic information, not for advertising or promoting your business.
Posts must be productive and directly related to the topics.
1.
You
must be 18 years of age or older in order to post in this forum.
2.
You,
the poster, are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and agree
to indemnify and hold harmless Zibbiz, Inc and their agents with respect to any
claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
3.
If
your post has been removed and you re-post it, you may have your entire forum
privileges removed.
4.
Your
login credentials are for you only. Posting or sharing your credentials either
here or at another forum/website for others to use will result in an instant
ban from the forum. Registering is completely free so there is no reason for
anyone to be posting their credentials.
5.
Do
not single a member out because they have low post count or have not been
posting long enough. All members must be treated equally.
6.
If
a moderator tells you to stop doing something, you must obey, if you disagree
with any action taken by a moderator, you may contact the administrator.
7.
Never
attack neither the Moderator nor the Administrator; this is immediate grounds
for revocation of your forum access.
8.
If
your posting privileges are revoked and you have questions regarding being able
to restore them, you must email the forum moderator.

Zibbiz
reserves the right to publish forum post content (in whole or in part) on any
or all of our affiliate or satellite sites. By submitting your content to this
site, Zibbiz has your approval to reproduce your content in any form of media,
in any way, publicly or privately, known or unknown, without any compensation
to you.

Flame-baiting
(making a post with the intention of getting insulted by another member)

should not post in all CAPS, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING!
Respect
the views and opinions of other members, moderators and administrators.
Take
your time to review your post and in order to spell out entire words.
- MODERATORS
Moderators are used to
monitor and regulate each forum. Their role is to insure that the forums
community maintains a pleasant atmosphere and that users posting in the forums
are abiding by the rules of this document. A moderator has the rights to remove
postings that contain topics considered out of place, disturbing or distracting
to the forum. Moderators may also at their discretion, disable a user�s account
for any violation of terms. If
you feel that the Moderator is abusing his/her power, use the contact email
located in the Contact section of this document to file a complaint.
If you are interested
in becoming a moderator for one of our forums please contact us using the
contact information provided at the end of this document. Indicate which forum
you are interested in monitoring and include a short description of your
knowledge in this field.

Forum posts by
registered users are considered to be done in good faith that the user will
abide by the terms set forth in the document and will execute proper judgment
in the type of material they submit. Zibbiz does not verify,
endorse and assumes no responsibility for the content, links to or use
of the content of the messages posted on this board and does not endorse the
opinions of the authors. Zibbiz, Inc, any of its employees, forum
administrators or forum moderators will not be held liable for any postings or the
content contained within.
8.
WARRANTIES
Zibbiz makes no
warranties, expressed or implied, related to the forums or its performance and
will not be liable to any user for indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of profit or revenue
loss due to business interruption, arising out of or connected to the use of,
failure or inability to use the Zibbiz forums.
- POSTING
COMPLAINTS
All posting complaints
must be filed through the forum moderator. When a complaint is reported, you
must report the specific rule that the post has been violated. If you do not
agree with a certain post but the post does not clearly violate any rule, feel
free to post a response to address your judgment of the post. Also you may
follow up with the suggestion for the creation of a rule that will address this
situation in future postings.
Violation of the Rules
and Regulations will be handled on an individual basis and can result in
suspension or revocation of all forum privileges.
