Select from 4 different shipping
calculators when configuring your store’s cart. Shipping charges can be determined
by the order total, number of items, order weight or even calculated in real-time
based on your customers location. Include separate rates for standard and expedited
orders.

Real-Time Shipping Calculator
If you decide to ship orders based on package
weight and customer location, you can configure your cart to use calculated shipping.
This option allows customers to enter their shipping location and receive real-time
shipping rates for UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Special Shipping Classes
This feature of
the product catalog and shopping cart lets you apply special shipping terms at the
item level. This allows your shopping cart to support a mixture of standard and
special shipping in the same order. It can be used for heavy or large items that
are required to ship using a freight carrier.

Multiple Warehouse Support
If you
have items that ship from different warehouses, your cart can be configured to calculate
shipping rates based on each product’s location.

Sales Tax Calculator
This module allows you to define sales tax rates by individual state. Wholesaler stores also have the ability to configure accounts for a sales tax override for accounts that maintain a sales tax certificate.

Include Insurance and Other Handling Changes
Every cart includes fields for additional charges. You can set an amount for Insurance
and have it be required, or as an option for the customer to select. If needed,
each order can also include a special handling charge.
The store designer is a special interface used to guide you in creating and designing your online store. Each of the steps required are outlined in the designer as it helps you prepare to open your store.

Customizable Storefront
In the designer you can customize several areas of your store. Create an introduction, include a logo, and enter a tagline. Select from 5 different store design themes to give your store a unique appearance.

Create Web Pages
With our web page designer, no experience is needed to easily add formatted web pages to your store. Use it to create multiple pages of information about your business, its products and services. If you are familiar with HTML tags, you can further customize each page to your liking.

Generate Multiple Store Policies
Our policy creator lets you define Warranty, Return and Payment policies for your store. These policies can then be assigned to your shopping cart and products. Create a general return policy and create a separate policy for closeout merchandise using this interface.

Centralized Contact Component
Create a custom contact component to display in your ads. With this feature you can display virtually any type of contact information and include a business logo or personalized image.

Create Store Aisles
The Store Aisle Creator is another feature found in the Store Designer Console. In addition to organizing your products by category and subcategory, you can create unique aisles for your store.
When you have completed the design phase of your store, switch to the Back Office Management Tools to start running your new online store. These tools allow you to create your catalog, place ads and manage transactions in a central console.

Product Catalog Editor
Create your product catalog using our Catalog Editor. Easily add merchandise, Enter item, pricing and shipping information about your product in over 30 unique fields. Upload product images and assign your products to store aisles. The catalog editor can also be used to store private information such as your item cost and quantity discounts.

Ad Quick Lister
Quickly and easily advertise your store’s products in a few simple steps. Once a product is entered into your store’s catalog, the Quick Lister lets you place an ad for the item without having to re-enter any information.

Order Management
This module is used to manage and track customer orders, enter order payment information and send customers updates on their order status. It organizes orders and notifies customers and store owners when changes to an order occur or a new order arrives.

Apply Special Product Policies
This feature allows you to apply individual warranty and return policies that you created using the Policy Creator to products at the item level.

Transaction Editor
Create and edit order transactions from the Transaction Editor. The feature allows you to create or modify an invoice and send it to your customer for payment.

Quick Facts Page
Every wholesale store
automatically displays a “Facts” page. It contains an introduction to your store,
a summary of the product categories, number of items, price range and services.
It helps potential retailers get an overview of your wholesale business.

Retailer Catalog linking
Catalog linking is a unique feature that allows
our retailers to link to a wholesaler’s catalog. With a few short steps,
it’s a way for retailers to increase their product line by linking directly to items
in your catalog. Product Information and pricing is always kept current in the retailers
catalog when using this feature.

Limit Selling to Approved Retailers
This option
allows you to configure your online wholesale store to sell to retailers that you
approve. You can set your own requirements and respond to approval requests.

Display Pricing to Approved Retailers
Your wholesale store has the option to only display
pricing to approved retailers. This allows visitors to view the types of products
your store carries, but then are required to register to view pricing and discounts.

Pricing Volume Discount Support
The wholesaler product catalog supports multiple
price levels with quantity discounts. When a retailer selects an item for purchase,
the shopping cart will automatically determine any quantity discounts and will display
the discounted pricing.

Drop Shipping Support
Wholesalers have the option to offer
and charge for drop shipping to their retailers. If this is set in the shopping
cart configuration, a retailer will have the ability to choose drop shipping on
checkout to send the order directly to their customer.

Minimum Order Amount
Every
wholesale store has the option to set a minimum order dollar amount.
